I don't know what a real reboot means. My computer is shut down every night and restarted every morning. That's not the problem I think.

It's a windows compatibility issue. Even in compatibility mode, this is a known bug where hover-over tooltips don't work. Only way to fix it is to restart PC.


If it happens frequently, try running p99 client in compatibility mode (Windows XP Service Pack 2)

Shutting down you PC and starting back up the next day will NOT solve this. You must do just a simple restart.
