How to make use of the play nice policy?

Interesting. I've had to do a few petitions, but I prefer it as a last resort. It's the p99 equivalent of telling someone's mom on them.

Def not interested in keeping fraps running 24/7. I assume logs are the best I got, as a screenshot would show basically the same information.

I was wondering though if the petitions would add a note to a player's ... ... idk. Some people are just completely rude and dickbags, but I rarely see them past that interaction. I feel like there should be some way to hold them accountable.
