Skipped workout last night because too tired from no sleep night before. So no late caffeine, no late meal

Still knew it was gonna be a bad night because I can feel the restlessness. Have to shift positions in bed every 5 mins. Plan was to take:

1 unisom sleep tablet + 1 Benadryl + 1 sip zquil every hour until I fell asleep starting at 10pm

By 1am I was at 4 doses of each and had to stop because that much Benadryl can get dangerous. Laid there until 7am when I had to get ready for work. Going to work on zero mins sleep last night

That’s what you call insomnia. You casuals got nuthin on me!

Invited out a co-worker for drinks after work yesterday. Two giant drafts and a smaller one was enough for me with almost no tolerance

Bought me 1 good night of sleep. Can’t make it a habit, but at least I got 1 night from it
