I'm sure the raiders probably have more cazic thule clerics, however. This is a survey I've only been doing for a day so obviously the numbers would be a bit messed up.

My epic cleric went Innoruuk. Red server.
Why? I thought the Regent symbol item was cool. (Clinging Darkness on a necklace) Don't think I ever used it after the day I got it. Glad I went Inny though, being a Human chilling in Neriak was fun.

Went Mith Marr back in the day solely because I'd spawn in Freeport where my coworkers were. Then years later someone was happy I could imbue diamonds. Figured I'd do it again on p99.

As much as I appreciate the polytheistic pantheon created by original devs I think more ideologies, political or secular, could have been woven in to another layer of character depth. How to actually integrate other belief systems into a fantasy setting is another question altogether.
If EQ had added in the following mimicking reality: -three versions of a competing Monothesitic faith -having some secular faiths a-la Socialism, Wokeism -a few totalizing political idealologies with no room for the divine, Fascism and Communism -some woo woo options such as Astrology, Zodiac stuff The possibilities of the faction system layering could have gotten a lot more interesting is what I'm trying to say. Faction seems to be something many modern games have forgotten about.
