oh i forgot to mention that the condo was wayyy overdue for inspections and had done poorly on prior inspections.

They sure did need more robust building inspection, its not a florida thing either, the entire nation is behind on this sorta thing, at least half the bridges in the USA are in absolutely horrid shape.

this isn't a political issue at its core, it's really a civil matter

I would like to say for the record that the point stands regardless of the era and the party.
