![]() Sorry, I don't know if this is a client issue itself or something with Project 1999.
IN EC at about 12:20 AM EST I had 3 chat windows on my character, and when resizing one I extended it long horizontal, and then as small as possible vertical (by mistake). Once I hit the point of not seeing any chat, the game froze and I could not shut down the frozen client giving me a error of "no permissions". I am admin on my machine and had to restart my machine in order to get it to reopen. When I got back in to the game just now, my chat windows are re-sized back to what i normally had it at.

![]() I think this might get a lil more useful attention if posted in the Technical Discussion subforum =)
I have also experienced crashing when I resize a chat window to the point that it no longer shows words, however there have been times I have successfully resized a window so that it no longer shows text (like if I wanted to filter out the speech of other people's pets). What user-interface style are you using? When I have crashed in this way, I was using the Velious UI available in the Getting Started setup guide. Dunno what could be the cause, only that it has sometimes occurred for me under the described circumstance!
