Resetting Password for Account Login

I want to reset my Login password, so I click on to reset, and it says that an "SMS Verification" will be sent. So, I click on it, and it takes me to a blank page with:


"Integrity constraint violation: 1048 Column 'number' 7"

any help?

problems resolved, found old password.

I can't find my old password and was locked out of the SMS verification process for trying to send the verification more than 3 times. There is an error message on the following page if you try to reset your password to your login username. Any help, would be appreciated.
