Alt key not working properly, can't access options menu

Ty for the reply. I should have mentioned that I already tried closing down the game completely, signing back in and reopening, so when that didn't work I tried shutting the restarting the computer. Still no luck. My initial thought was maybe I typoed and hit Alt when I was configuring keybindings, in which case I've already tried looking up eqclient.ini in the file directory and I didn't see any lines regarding those. Any other ideas?
