Past that the pain to swap stuff outweighs the benefit. Unless you are trying to some real difficult stuff.

I suppose it depends on what situation you are in. On my cleric for example, I like to duo with enchanters and I use the Bracer to mana-free pacify my way through dungeons for our duo. It saves the Enchanter a ton of mana. Pacify cost 100 mana per cast and in higher level zones you will get some resists so it adds up quite a bit. I usually keep all my cleric's charisma gear on all the time just so that I reduce my chances of getting a crit. Works pretty well in a duo like that. I could see it being more of problem for a paladin that is tanking due to the reduced AC, but if you're just trying to get through a dungeon, throwing a bunch of charisma gear on shouldn't be too much of a problem.
