I don't have logs handy to check right now, but don't we currently have 12-24 seconds on our earth pet root, instead of this 6-12 seconds?
I believe Telin addressed this previously saying he has done all he can and it is a known issue. Perhaps there is some form of EQemu or client limitation preventing a proc from happening that fast? Would guess it is in Rogean's court
