Rogean's is from 2019 and he says there is no way to move forward from the issue. and the other is from a month or so ago and there are no replies to anyone's inquiry about them here in the forums.
There are also many posts about it on the EQEmulator forums in which the admins there said they do not believe it can be fixed.
