I do deal with a lot of substance abuse, which is why it’s really refreshing to get actual non-substance related cases like that last one
She was a 60-something very religious white woman who wouldn’t even know what meth looked like, much less how to get it. Just had mania with psychotic features
But yea, most of behavioral health truly is trying to pick up the pieces and patch up the damage people do to their own brains with hardcore drugs. It’s often frustrating
