Small TAKP question if you have multiple game login accounts under your main login, can you login to two of them at the same time on different ips? Like if I have my account and my brother has his but under the one main?

That will result in a ban for boxing violations here if used to box. I can't speak for the TAKP folks, but their server is 3box, ours is 1box. Any intentional bypassing to the IP limit and failed boxing tests will result in permanent account suspension.
Most people won't have two IPs. I'd have our CSRs treat any VPN usage with suspicion and issue a test if that's what you're planning.
If you'd like an exception for your brother, that's different.
As for the TAKP forum accounts, they don't care, but they prefer you each make a forum account. Don't share the same forum account there.

If you're a human being, make sure that you make one forum account. If you're two separate human beings, make two forum accounts.
If you keep your porter and rezzer on at the same time and it's found to be the same person (via boxing test, or via analytics), you'll be banned.
If it's two people, in two separate households and they pass both analytics and a boxing test, then you're fine
It's normally extremely obvious when someone is boxing.
