Well the best duos are in my opinion are

Necro + Druid
Druid + Enchanter

So the best trio would be
Necro + Druid + Enchanter

Can't think of anything major that you would be missing. Necro pet + Damage Shield can tank. Crowd Control and Healing. Snare for runners. Travel spells to get around. Tracking. Haste and Slow.
