In the context of this discussion, the focus is on the staff that actually have the power to decide the future of the project by implementing merges, fresh servers, etc. The last Velious patch for Green was a long time ago, and the lack of engagement / communication regarding a clear direction for the future of this project is confusing and a bit worrying.
