not sure if it's the same issue but any time windows brings up that window asking if i want to allow something to run as admin, it freezes my screen and i have to play roulette of going fullscreen with alt+enter to unfreeze it. 50% of the time it works, 50% of the time it crashes EQ. Easiest solution is just open EQ last. If that doesn't work then not sure sorry.
