Ok Yendor this is what happened*

Guild A Spawns triggered mob but is about to wipe so they log out.
Guild B Seeing that guild A is logging out/wiping moves in to kill mob.
Guild B Kills mob because technically guild A wiped.

Just because they spawned the mob doesnt mean they get infinite attempts on it unmolested. They had time to engage and they had their shot.
