It appears bugged for the shark bones turn in. Someone even commented this on the quest page.

I turned in 10gp and 3 shark bones for no response.

Fixed, pending update

-Corrected issue with Serna Tasknon's part of 'Errand for Tonmerk' quest. Requires amiable or better faction.
