Let us know if you figure out what quest the Glowing Black Stone is used for. Back in 2008 there was an event where you could ask everquest gm's one question and I asked about the glowing black stone quest. A GM answered my question and said it is involved in a quest that involves stonebrunt mountains. I dont think anyone has still figured it out. I spent many hours on live eq servers just trying to figure it out.

Honestly, I may even do some MQs where I make the item for someone else (hookin up some noobs with cool items).

But generally I am trying to do the whole quest by myself/with friends, or at the least buying items for it.
