I dont have the original phone number I used for sms 11 years ago when I created this account what do I do?

hello. I created an account here in 2015 and today in 2025 i have decided to return.

Since then, I have completly forgotten my serverlogin password and sms verification does not work because I live in another country and therefore, I do not have the same telephone number. I there anyway I can get abit of help here.

I didn't know where else to put this post. This is related to the creation of a new laccount. I am attempting to help my daughter create a login so we can play P99 together, however for the life of me I cannot seem to get this site to send any kind of email whether for account verification to complete the setup process or even a password reset email. I have tried changing to a different email address. I can't even get to the step of setting up the SMS account protection because I can't verify the account. I can't even find anywhere to reach out for help on her new account to get it verified because IT'S NOT VERIFIED. It is becoming incredibly frustrating. Please help.

I played back in 2017. I have(err Had) a 50 something Iksar Necro with a Pre-Nerf CoS on it (name of Ikthion). I have regained access to my account on the P99 forums, but for some reason (and I don't remember having to have one) I am unable to recover the EQEmu account of the same name. It's there. I have tried verifying with Emails, but none of them work. Those emails haven't changed in decades. Was there any way my account had something happen to it to make it inaccessible?

Really, we cannot reset the sms phone number that is dumb - i mean half the people on the forum are probably software devs like me - that is just dumb especially when you have been gone for years.
