If lifetap was only nerfed due to Ivandry's Hoop, that seems like a really stupid thing to do. Why nerf a key spell from two classes over simply removing that item from the game?
But either way, the nerf should be reverted. There have been other threads that show Lifetap is supposed to be un-resistible against any mob that is not magic immune.
