Celsar Vestagoon Quest Dialogue Issue

Upon handing in the Piranha, Celsar Vestagoon should say, "You have done well. The Marr Minnow shall have a greater chance of flourishing. Please take this as a reward."

I received the reward, but got no text. (I found this by going through old proof screenshots for my "do all the quests" quest. If this was an error, I apologize)
