Once you setup an app you should get a new icon in launchpad. Are you getting that or are you clicking the original one (Kegworks Winery)?

I just noticed something, if Kegworks can't find the file you specified to run it opens Config. If you click "Test Run" and it come back immediately with "Success" it probably didn't find the file. If that happens, go click Browse after Windows app: and find the exe file. You should see "a tool is running" in the top left corner of the config screen if finds the file you have specified. Edit: I'm using Sonoma 14.7.6 on an M3 Pro. I tried using Sequoia and it was miserable and I never got it work so I downgraded my Mac back to Sonoma.

For those stuck on getting this to run on Kegworks:

You need this DLL: https://www.project1999.com/forums/s...73&postcount=5

The crashing issue comes from the current v61 p99 files "dsetup.dll" which has some anti-cheat and P1999 fixes to the game client. It just does NOT work with current versions of MacOS

Once I tried this DLL, I was able to boot into EQ and P1999. Still a few crashes, but I have audio and everything working. Make sure you use the corefonts winetrick and try running in windows XP compatibility mode.

OK so I have it working! However, some of the textures are just not loading in. I think just bad install on my part.

The trick is to delete your eqclient.ini and add this:

[Defaults]
Sound=TRUE
ShowForCard9.16.13.4052=0
TextureQuality=1
VertexShaders=TRUE
20PixelShaders=TRUE
14PixelShaders=TRUE
1xPixelShaders=TRUE
MultiPassLighting=FALSE
UseLitBatches=TRUE
WindowedModeXOffset=1
WindowedModeYOffset=1
WindowedMode=TRUE
[VideoMode]
Width=1024
Height=768
WidthWindowed=1024
HeightWindowed=768
WindowedWidth=1024
WindowedHeight=768
FullscreenBitsPerPixel=32
FullscreenRefreshRate=0

Rest of settings will get filled in on next load. This along with the dsetup fix from above comment and it will run on current MacOS. Just... dont fully have the textures figured out.
