New Player Troubles

Thanks for the information. My wife and I won't be playing on the same PC. I discovered that since we are playing in the same house, the router IP would be the same for both of us. I did find the IP Exemption request form and filled that out yesterday, hoping for a resolution soon. Taking turns playing sucks lol.
