Trigger warning! Existentialism, religion and self harm!

Technically suicide is a sin so if u can be immortal u would be forced to choose immortality and stay that way to remain righteous

It took me 4 years to complete 1st grade. So, based on that I could just get multiple doctorates and last 1500 years easily.

>I know I wouldn't last over 1000 for sure.

i'd be so down to find out what my high score would be before going crazy, not like there isn't enough shit to ponder to take up the time either.

Warren Sturgis McCulloch (November 16, 1898 – September 24, 1969)

And now

Gabriel Torch is fricken awesome btw with a ton of videos on wide ranging cutting edge neuroscience and biology.

https://youtu.be/j5_gOF1OFjQ?si=KP26xDIGnpiJpyBH
Human brain clone chips for PCs.

https://youtu.be/Kpl0XtLSGZU?si=KHAc1rfuTjp7_ati
Human brains inside mouse brains.

And the breakaway civilization has already happened I'm sure.

Also this.

And we are making self replicating biobots.
https://youtu.be/WvioS_0EhAE?si=8MPKZyOm4P3w8-U0

Humans R space orcs.

I wouldn't blame the aliunz for taking us out b4 we break containment.

What civilians have access to on the open market. Is stone age tech compared to what we know how to make and actually can in secret.

This was a very high effort poast. So plz watch videos n respond.

OH! and we did this all like in the last 80 years or so.

Like. I know what MIT was doing in the 80s and what Google was doing in the 2010s.

We got living breathing cyberpunk ppl walking among us with heads up displays and shit in their brains and eyeballs and they don't look freaky or cyberpunk. They just look normal AF.

yeah they are always keeping tech away from us with like a 10 year buffer, tons of examples, digital Time-Based One-Time Password authenticator codes were being used by the CIA in the like late 90s early 2000s, we didn't get them to 2011

the fact IBM is even talking about their Quantum computer and the amount of qubits means they already got one somewhere decrypting everything on the planet and predicting the future and filling in gaps in our historical knowledge and other weird shit you can do with that computational power.

>we're not the first civ
i like this concept and the fact we've mined and exploited all the surface and easily gotten to resources means we're gonna be the last also, harvesting nodules off the ocean floor is becoming more economically worth it due to the cost and maths of surface mining and people unironically talk about asteroid mining and moon bases now because it's a better investment, we're hitting peak oil, peak population growth all while the keys to the next step just happen to fall in our lap like manna from heaven (cryptocurrency, competent private space organization, LLMs, actual AI(maybe) and Quantum) all signs, in my mind that point to a non organic, obviously planned transition to a post nation state type 1 civilization

That Warren McCulloch guy has 17 adopted kids

you think jesus roasts him all the time about how close he was and then jokes about how he can send him to hell any day for not accepting him, even tho he told him he could stay cus he was so good.

I suppose if a virtual starkind baby was made with a pretty high definition scan of my brain aswell as active signals (it's moar than just physical connections)... and there for became a starkind consciousness. Immortality would not be so bad if there was a deep sleep mode or hibernation. Then starkind could last until the stars all began to become black bodies.
