I wasn't wrong about anything. Whereas you keep talking about an outdated wiki page that doesn't determine how people play the game and had an incomplete tier listing. All while spamming that he suddenly "achieved S tier" by using no potions, when that was never a thing in the outdated rules to begin with.

You simultaneously keep whining that people are supposedly downplaying his no potions kill, while acting like an outdated wiki page is the word of god, when that page itself literally downplays said accomplishment.

Remember when you said this?

What the OP was doing never even fit into "the rules" list on that page to begin with! There was never any category for "no consumables", which is what he wanted to do. You are such a moron
You are wrong. OP's video was factually [S] using the rules defined in:

https://wiki.project1999.com/Solo_Artist_Challenge

Quote:

[S] -> Soloed with self buffs only
[S-] -> Soloed but used strong item clickies

...

Strong item clickies include Puppet Strings, Donal's Chestplate of Mourning, Manastone, SoulFire, Reaper of the Dead, Wooly Spider Silk Net, etc., but not shaman potions or stuff like a Shrunken Goblin Skull Earring.
Quote:
melee can get as many buffs as they like as they are already at a considerable disadvantage.
OP's third attempt didn't use a Reaper or Wort Pots, and outside buffs were allowed. That is [S]. It would still be [S] if he didn't use outside buffs and used Wort Pots (Shaman Potions) instead, because Shaman potions are excluded from the "Strong Item Clickie" category. This means Wort Pots don't penalize your solo challenge.

Can you admit you were wrong now? You can disagree with the ruleset, but you can't claim OP didn't follow the solo artist challenge rules as written at the time.

Reposting OP's epic video where he kills Fungi King solo with his monk, no consumables:

https://wiki.project1999.com/Solo_Artist_Challenge

It deserves the highest ranking of [S] when following the solo artist challenge wiki page.

That's completely irrelevant to the outdated rules that you keep stupidly shouting about, not to mention all the other bullshit throughout this thread. He had already achieved "S" tier on his second attempt, according to that dumb page, but he wanted to do better still. What do you not understand?

The rules are now updated to accurately reflect the types of solo kills possible. His first kill was S* by using the C-heal clicky, the second was S-, and he's now at S by using no consumables but having buffs from other characters. S+ will be achieved when no consumables and no outside buffs are used.

Thank you for admitting you were wrong. You agree OP was [S] using the rules as written at the time, and you were wrong to claim otherwise.

I still find it amusing that you are the one forcing your rules on everybody (which you've been doing since page 1), to the point where you changed the existing wiki page people have been using for years instead of making your own ruleset. But I am supposedly the one pushing my rules on to others.

DSM, the wiki page is supposed to be edited to reflect the evolution of the challenge. It literally says that, multiple times. Why do basic things need to keep being repeated to you. There was a community desire to have a more reflective set of tiers, as shown by all the discussion and the OP of this thread who took the time to do the kill 3 different ways (and in fact if you look at forum posts from over a decade ago when this was being formulated and used, that was already the case. They just didn't create a wiki page).

The wiki page is still very incomplete BTW, there are a ton of Velious MOB's that can be added to the challenge tiers. Plus there are Trio and Full Group challenges possible. But I doubt anyone cares enough to put the work in to formulate all that.

He ignores things that don't fit his narrative, duh. I mean, have you made a DPS calculator? I didn't think so.

Your basless attacks on me are silly as usual. It doesn't make me look bad, or you look good.

Pretending that yourself and Samoht are the "community" is silly as well.

I've taken the liberty of copying the solo challenge page into a new wiki page so you can edit your own rules to your heart's content. I reverted your changes on the existing page so people don't get confused. Have fun!

You don't make the rules idiot. The page was incorrect and did not properly reflect community sentiment and the factual way many play the game. You will not win this argument and your spamming is against the rules. Shape up.
