Because you get to fast forward to the living in a more or less stabilized dystopia where people have learned to manage the shittiness. The ride down has a long way to go for us. New horrors are scary.

Ai will never ever be able to create that video by the way.

It will never be able to create that exact vibe, video quality, the realistic light hitting the paper etc.

AI will be like photoshop in 20 years and everyone freaking out about it will be old and worried about other fake things.
