All my co-worker friends are leftists because BH is like 90% leftist. But I made it a point to text my liberal co-worker guy friend that couldn’t and wouldn’t do that hike, that FYI RFK is in better shape than him, and for him to put that fact in his pipe and smoke it

I texted another leftist buddy who was a good sport and asked if RFK ran past me on the hike and did both sides of the mountain. He said RFK doesn’t need water, he lives off liberal tears [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

MAHA is about raising unhealthy foods prices to get the riff raff out of those product sectors.

The other guy is a democrat too.

Yeah I like what he’s doing. I don’t really align with either party, but I’m also not a bugman so I don’t immediately hiss depending on the letter after someone’s name

Wow. I’m a little tipsy but a lotta shit has went down

First, I made a post in the largest hiking FB group I am in for my state which has like 200k+ members relating the RFK story and the pic

And of course it blew the F up like no other fb post I’ve ever made did. I have never before seem scrolling numbers of likes/reactions in real time

…all in the span of like, 10 minutes. When I first posted it the reaction counter was continuing to spin like a goddamn slot machine. I think the last I checked it was at 2.1k likes

And the comments were a shitstorm like any political topic. “You should have just left him to die”. “That would have ruined my hike seeing HIM”. And of course a lot of positive comments and a lot of comments like “wtf, the original post wasn’t political can you all just relax?” Which I appreciated

Then some news reporter lady was like we want to interview you, can you tonight? Well I was already committed to going to a dinner networking party that my rich gay friend was putting on, so I figured I’ll get some potion of courage (alcohol) in me and slam dunk this interview tonight after that

So then I go have dinner and wine (not a wine person so I was doing vodka and juice) with these doctors, NP’s, and lawyers, one of which who had already seen my post. I was like “oh, no way”

So I got to tell them how things really are in the freaking trenches in the city working behavioral health which I think was a perspective they hadn’t seen. A lot of it was relating incidents I posted about here

And even though I was good and drunk and ready I guess the journalist gal got back to me via PM and said they are going to coordinate with the crew for a video interview tomorrow or something

Crazy day
