i kinda wonder why he had to get so jacked, admittedly i was hammered when i watched all of iron whatever but i don't remember any real fight scenes with him.

that being said i liked kumail nanjiani's takes on it when it was his turn to get swole a few years back for eternals. he was real honest iirc, he basically said most people do not have time or resources for that significant of a transformation.
