Level 46 is too low for Scout Charisa
Cmon - level 46?! It's so damn easy to get to level 46. At least with level 55, it takes a little effort to get a toon to 55 - but there will be new rollers showing up daily with a level 46 requirement.

Seriously though - what good is a level 46 going to do at the fight? The only class that could help would be a 46 cleric, that will go OOM after a few CHeals - because thats a tough fight against the captain.
So many people show up to that roll, and have NO IDEA how a dirty / clean tag mechanic works. One week I showed up to 6 rolls, and there were wipes on 4 of them. It's bad enough as it is on Green - and it's about to get way worse.

Scout should have no level requirement outside of what the quest has. You should not be required to help either. Roll on pop if you win its yours. If you can do this for your level 5 you should be able to. The problem isn't level 46's showing up who can't contribute. The problem is a flawed player agreement that entices people to show up who can't do this event for themselves.

The Scout fight should be done by guilds and groups of friends ... just like it was on live (and just like everything else in the game).
