there is rly nothin compareable to p99, sadly.

It would cost millions of dollars to reproduce a server like p99 which is why daybreak has not tried

It would probably cost double Rogean and Nilbog's current salaries plus employment contracts. If Daybreak wanted to, they could probably hire them and get the P99 stuff as a bonus..

I don't agree with you. Right now Quarm feels way smoother than P99, they did great including Zeal into Quarm, the camera is much better now compared to P99 and with a lot of Quality of Life stuff that we could only dream in P99.

If you completely wiped the servers, so many people would get upset and bail it would be the final nail in the p1999 coffin. They absolutely need to merge green and blue though and launch a new server. It’s way past time.

Unless they've switched to a completely different client in the years since I tried it, this is going to be a personal preference thing. The Mac port client always felt exactly that to anyone with thousands of hours in the real client

a port, with everything that entails and depending on your levels of 'tism that's a non starter.

Maybe after THJ wins the lawsuit, p99 can put a donation for new servers button front and center and they can finally have the incentive to do the OP!

I don't think the suit will see a final verdict. The case will likely be moved to arbitration, and we can no longer snope and speculate on the results.

Ah, well. I suppose that's for the best, all things considered.
