Basically, if you are an evil race + evil deity, you are non KoS. (Ie: Troll, Human, Ogre - Bertox, CT, Innoruuk)

Even iksars start at threateningly.

The goodie deities get really close to max scowls. (Ie: Wood Elf Tunare)

I've never made a halfling so I don't know about them
