Why is Locustlure so expensive?

It's a raid item. Very bad DPS. Very bad group utility. It will not land when you want it to. It will land on Zlandi precisely once, and you'll justify carrying it with you forever because of that. It will fuck with GINA timers and piss off shamans incapable of playing without 3rd party programs. It's expensive because it's fairly rare like most KC weapons and a toy.
