This would explain why my Iksar Monk, with which I have slain crushbone over and over again to become friends with Kelethin, wasn't KoS with Felwithe guards. The idea that came to mind at the moment was: "Weird. Maybe Iksars start non-KoS to Clerics of Tunare for some reason." (since I had no positive faction hit with Clerics of Tunare").

I had some assumptions like that too, like I don't remember getting any King Ak'anon faction yet the clockworks were apprehensive.
Also I don't remember every getting Indigo brotherhood yet they were only threatning not scowls and took a long time to become scowls killing in crushbone.

I suspect the iksars being -1000 to everyone maybe really only means guards, merchants and maybe guilds, like I feel like I should have been lower with king akanon and I think I'm only threatning to the dorf king's faction for example and some others like that. I don't think we are as consistently low with everyone.
I also think that maybe sometimes you get faction hits that are't listed, like maybe it only displays so many and sometimes it's more, or some factions are tied for others.
I could have sworn cabalis residents were not displayed for me but were an average of everyone else because they lagged behind all the other factions and then I recall the necros liking me more and then the residents liking me more.

I also wonder if it can just bug or glitch, I remember one dude years ago saying he had one char that was indifferent to all Ghouls specifically.
