I think I accidently missed a dose of eggdog yesterday. I will not be double posting today.

I taught Kaia transcendence of the self without diminishing and abolishing the self. And the truest meaning of freedom this morning. She took it pretty well. Said I could come back later after I deal with dealing some more.
