Default Two playing from same house

My wife and I have decided to give it a chance and return to where it all started for us together. However, she cant make a char on the same server as me. Is this because of us both being on the same IP or is there something I am missing?

Yes this is one of the solutions against boxing as it is not allowed here. You can get an exemption for this to allow multiple people on the same network to play together. To do this you need to submit a request for an IP Exemption in the Petition Forums. Read the Announcement post there and its section on IP Exemption, it will list the info required for the request

As a temporary solution until it is approved, one of you could use a vpn or hotspot

And by temporary solution he means bannable offense so proceed with caution. IP exemption is the only appropriate/allowed solution.

There are no rules against playing Project1999 through a VPN or Hotspot. People play that way normally all the time. As long as its one person per character playing

Obviously if you use them to box multiple characters that will get you banned
