Unable to edit the Wiki

I noticed again the wiki extremely slow and unresponsive today (the forums are also not great). It is basically getting DDOSed, I am not sure if on purpose or just by crawlers and bots.

I have added the block described here: https://www.mediawiki.org/wiki/Manua...rawlers#Apache, this prevents anyone who is not logged in from visiting certain pages such as "History" (you will get a "Forbidden" error). Logged in users can see everything normally.

Seems to have made a good improvement.
