Character Transfers on p99

They are classic, here were the rules IIRC :

- 1x character transferable maximum per account, only items.
- No plats transfer

A gimmick that might be interesting, despite having a Coldain's chance in Lavastorm, would be if somehow legacy characters here which obviously aren't multiclass end up on EQL with a unique mechanic or boon exclusive to these that is balanced and fun while not being game breaking. Like a 60 here is permanently single class but would have some cool benefit (all gear from p99 transferred as nodrop, some boost to char stats or unique focus effect, etc.).
