It took me 2216 kills to get my robe - in that time I saw

1 BP
2 Swords
6 Legs
and 142 sapphires

in talking with others, I would guess 4000 is in the camp of "somewhat unlucky".

Just confirming it drops only off the named Guardians as well

I'm finding them easiest to kill quickly on my druid, but once I'm kos all the annoying green trash drakes and crap body aggro, so now I'm trying to calculate how many guardians I can kill from ally before I have to fix faction to avoid annoying trash aggro, and if that number is worth it or if I should go back to my shaman. The robe is for shaman (have a guise it's gonna be epic). This is the most EQ camp ever haha.

I'm not gonna waste time to dig it up because I don't really care but someone put together a comprehensive thread with data of drops for the rare skyshrine items and recommendations on the right mobs to kill. I could have sworn the conclusion was killing Fe'Dhars but apologies if that is mis-info, maybe they were after a different item. Either way for the people that care look up that thread.

I think you're thinking of wurm lord shawl, which is also stupidly rare and does drop from the fedhars.

I supercubed on my enchanter for like a year straight at fedhars and never saw a shawl.
