Lowest level hunting spots in Velious?

Yeah! I thought of that first floor. Also seems like snow cougars around the pirate camp could work. Funny that there's nowhere else in Velious I can think of, but I know that that's by design.

IIRC I don't think there's anything that would be at or below your level at mid-20s. But high 20s you could do the Cougars in Iceclad but they will probably be mostly white or yellow if you're like level 28. Same thing with the Gnolls. Dervishes are possible, but have a much larger level range from late 20s into mid 30s I believe.

Velious mobs generally have more HP and hit harder than their classic world equivalents, so doing Iceclad in your 20s may not be great as a result. There are also a lot of wandering mobs and if it's one you can't kill you have to make the long run to the bridge to EW to zone.

Iceclad Ocean, East Wastes, Crystal Caverns, and first floor of Tower Of Frozen Shadow are the areas/zones that come to mind. But the mobs in those areas are all at least level 25ish.

I soloed Cryatal Caverns from 30-40 on my twinked Monk, who had Fungi, Seahorse Belt, and IFS.
