Here is a neat little tool that I made that parses all of your character's logs across multiple files and creates a map of everywhere that you've traveled chronologically as well as your top 25 zones/kills/spells and some other cool stats. It also allows you to make a video playback which I think you all will enjoy!
https://github.com/ajbtech/EQ-Travel-Map The app only reads your log file and complies with P1999 rules. It's pretty much the thing I always wanted to exist in the game and so I finally just made it myself. Of course that means it had to be in the original Stone UI style. Please let me know if you have any feedback! [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]

Found a bug. According to my log parser, I have entered Dalnir 253 times. Your log parser map showed me in there zero times.

It should be looking for this
[Fri Dec 04 13:56:17 2020] You have entered Dalnir.

This should now be resolved in the latest version. Thank you for reporting!

Even though the parser correctly identifies Cabilis as one of the top 5 visited zones, the map output does not draw my visits to either the West or East Cabilis zones. Screenshot attached.

Great catch! In /who those show up as East/West Cabilis, but the zone in text is "You have entered Cabilis East/West", so those were getting missed on the graph.
Should now be fixed in the latest version. Thank you very much for reporting it!

Ok, one more item.
I noticed that for one of my level 60s the final output shows me at level 59. Parsing the logs I found this tell I sent to someone else: [Wed Jan 28 21:31:44 2026] MyChar -> TheirChar: and then Thu Jun 17 18:33:44 2021 You have gained a level! Welcome to level 59! I was showing them the date and level I was around when received my epic. And since I was already level 60 at the time I sent that tell, your parser was never able to advance me to level 60 on the final output. Perhaps you can tell your parser to ignore the line if it contains "->" or "tells" ... or really any of the channels like say, ooc, guild, group or shout?
