Looking to get IP exemption for Wife

My wife wants to start playing and I am needing to know the steps to take to get her account Okayed for playing.

If anyone can steer me the correct way Id appreciate it

I believe there is a specific drop-down category when you make a new petition called IP/Exemption request.
