they're both at the end of their timelines, but green is fresher, has more active guilds, and has a stronger leveling player base.

So i'd say green

If you want more grouping opportunities and competition, go Green.

If you mostly solo, go Blue.

Red is the best server. There's an exp boost (and it particularly rewards grouping) and global /ooc chat, so you are always able to ask questions and see conversations. Zones on the other servers are often dead and then you're just stuck there alone in those places.
