I would have preferred regular experience and played, then double experience and can't.

Login Fail: An unknown error occurred while trying to join the server,
trying to play some before to go to work for 3 days, and take advantage of the double exp but sever are not letting me in. please help.

Same issue. Unknown error while trying to connect to server. Worked this morning before the xp patch and now it does not.
