Has anyone had any luck on installing / running P99 on an M4 chip MacBook? Would love to play on my 25’ Air.. can’t figure it out for the life after hours of running parallels / other windows emulators. I even outsourced this to a few people much more savvy with computers and they couldn’t figure it out. Any advice would be much appreciated

Yes Patrick, I got it work using VMWare. It is free, just install VMWare, install titanium on it. Could not get it to work using other instructions, it ran like x86 too slow (frame animation). VMWare runs it well, only issue I have not been able to solve is night vision, there isn't any on any toons, so its like playing a human.

VMWare (free), Titanium ISO (can google it now).

I confirm, i got it working on Mac with VMWare Fusion 25H2u1

Although i had to change the eqgame.exe properties -> emulation parameters -> in the drop down list choose : secured emulation

Also in the WMWare Fusion -> Settings -> Game : Always optimize mouse for games
to avoid very fast mouse in game .

Lastly sometimes the games launch and it appears ultra slow at character selection.
When it happens i have to relaunch the game entirely.

Cheers!
does your night vision work? for me gamma setting in the game optiosn does nothing, cant see at night. rest works ok.
