Orc Taskmaster Earring Quest

I have a self-found character on green that is trying to do the orc taskmaster earring quests in Crushbone to get two silver amber rings. However, I cannot get a high elf male slave to spawn so I can continue the quest. Any suggestions?

Keep farming the earrings and giving them to slaves and when they repop maybe you'll get the one you want. Or just go work on other gear you want for a week and come back. Took me a while to get them too.
