Enchanters Sack issue encountered

Hello,

I've encountered an issue when requesting the Enchanters Sack from the same Enchanter master. Initially, I was told i could receive a bag from the Enchanter masters at anytime and repeat the request. I also read that the "optional part" is no longer optional and that giving Jeb's seal to each master is now required when asking for a sack.

I was in Firiona Vie and to save on time, I gave Jeb's seal to Nadia Starfeast in Firiona Vie and received a sack. I had the pieces for Mizzle Gepple (also known as Clockwork VIIX) In Ak'Anon so i combined the Spoon, The One key, Lost Scroll, and the book of Charm and Sacrifice. I traveled to Ak'anon, gave Jebs seal to Mizzle, handed over the Mizzle sack and then receive the 2nd piece of the staff for the epic.

I just recently finished getting the Charm/trade parts for part three of the Epic. I traveled to Firiona Vie and to ask Nadia for an Enchanters Sack. She made a motion which showed some acknowledged in the prompt but i did not receive a bag from her. I had all four enchanted gems in my inventory but as a test i asked her for all four dull gems and i did receive those again but just not the sack.

I also tested traveling back to Ak'Anon and asked for a Sack from Mizzle, i did get acknowledgment movement reaction but he also did not give me a sack.


Lastly, if this is not a bug but should be a petition, then i apologize in advance. This seems like a bug and i'm unsure on what to do.

I recreated the same steps as yesterday and it appears to be working now. I'm thinking i might have had an issue with my session or connection yesterday?
I handed Jebs seal over, asked for a sack and received it this time around. I'm sorry if i wasted anyone's time but i was unsure as to what the issue was. I tried to be as detailed as possible since both Enchanter masters were acting the same way but all is resolved now, thank you!
