So the PDF he created, for his guild, using his testing as witnessed by the log that was orignally posted,, is ok too?

So basically he used his developer access to create a guide. He didn't find the guide on the internet, he didn't research on the internet, he used his access to do this.

It's since been taken down... but I think I might still have a copy at home
