NPC Spawn Issue: Ancient Cyclops in OOT not spawning?

I have camped the AC in OOT for approx. 16+ hours. I have not seen 1 spawn. There are several other accounts of 10 and 14hour camps with no spawn.

Can you please look into this and report back if it is indeed working? or if the spawn is bugged.


I know some spawns are definitely not working like they used to. Ghoul Lord is just one to mention. I had 5 spawns back to back (which is odd), and alll had SSB.
