I killed her once and she dropped the Copper Ring, according to what ive read on Allakhazam she dropped them early in game because she bought them from Voltar [Mob who gives the paw container quest]. Eventually they removed her loot table and just mutant continued to drop it.

I had the Copper Ring, then gave it to a friend, then asked him to delete it because we were nervous we might get in trouble for it, not sure if yall intended for her to drop it, from sounds of it she should for a short time.

Sometime after velious they moved all Kerra island mobs out in Tox and a lot of old replys were removed, so its a little fuzzy.

Yeah, she drops the rings on purpose.
